We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join our team in Rocklea, Queensland.
Responsibilities- Maximise the performance of the local customer service team by leading their work and driving results
- Develop and implement improved processes to ensure seamless communication between stakeholders
- Deliver exceptional customer service to a portfolio of key customer accounts
- Support the team by handling escalations and overseeing order processes as required
- Coach and develop the customer service team to meet service level targets and achieve target goals
- Generate reports to track relevant KPIs and provide insights for improvement
- Assist the team in providing excellent phone and email-based customer service
