">About This Role">

As a Team Member Relations Advisor based in the Australian Head Office, you will play a key role in supporting and delivering the Team Member Relations strategy. This is a hands-on, team member focused role, where your HR or recruitment background will shine as you help drive engagement, wellbeing, communication and positive workplace experiences across the team.

  • You'll work closely with managers and team members to implement initiatives that support growth, organisational change and a thriving workplace culture.">
  • The ideal candidate will have 2+ years' experience in human resources or strong recruitment background, degree in Human Resources or similar and excellent time management and multitasking skills.">
  • You should also have high attention to detail and accuracy, strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport across teams, a collaborative and proactive team approach and working knowledge of Australian employment legislation.">

  • Assist managers with recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless team member experience.">
  • Maintain clear communication channels between team members, managers and the broader People & Culture team.">

  • Degree in Human Resources or similar.">
  • A strong sense of confidentiality, empathy and professionalism when handling sensitive matters.">
  • A positive attitude and commitment to supporting a respectful, inclusive workplace.">
  • Working knowledge of Australian employment legislation.">
