Business Intelligence Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team, supporting the implementation of process and technology changes for UNITE. This role contributes to the delivery of key initiatives aligned to the Financial Crime Transformation Program (FCTP) and broader objectives of simplifying technologies via UNITE.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the delivery of key initiatives aligned to the Financial Crime Transformation Program (FCTP)
  • Work with stakeholders across business divisions and technology to understand, prioritise, and deliver business requirements and impacts
  • Assist in mitigating and managing risks and impacts to Financial Crime Surveillance (FCS)
  • Support a team in delivering process and technology changes for UNITE
Requirements
  • Experience in Financial Crime services, processes, and technologies (e.g. Customer Due Diligence, Sanctions, Investigations, Regulatory Reporting)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess and communicate risks, impacts, and business requirements
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex deliverables and collaborate across diverse teams
  • Familiarity and confidence with agile delivery methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills
