About the role

We have an opportunity for a Business Analyst to be part of our Project Management Office, Technology & Communication Services Command. The Business Analyst is responsible for the production and development of statistical information to enable

the production of high level business analysis and reporting on data and trends across the NSWPF to inform and assist commands/business units and their performance.

The Business Analyst will be instrumental in supporting NSWPF's transition to a more sustainable and transparent ICT operating environment. Working within the framework of the ICT Financial Sustainability Strategy, this role will analyse organisational data, identify performance trends, and provide actionable insights that guide strategic planning and investment decisions. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve data quality, reporting frameworks, and performance indicators, helping NSWPF optimise its technology resources and align ICT initiatives with broader organisational goals.
