The position of Faculty Marketing Coordinator involves working within Future Students and supporting marketing and student recruitment across multiple faculty programs.
This role requires a deep understanding of the faculty supported and related marketing activities and processes to provide high-quality and timely service.
- Develop strategic marketing and recruitment plans to define key markets, identify challenges and opportunities, and recommend activities that align with faculty priorities and enrolment targets.
- Collaborate with the Faculty Professional Services Hub to support brand management, awareness, profile raising, marketing, promotion and student recruitment for Theology and Philosophy faculty.
- Support new product or program marketing across academic or business units, and collaborate with Faculty Marketing Business Partners to provide operational marketing support as required.
A strong understanding of academic marketing, brand management, and student recruitment processes is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate faculty marketing activities for Theology and Philosophy faculty, and support the marketing of other university-wide programs.
- Contribute to a national team delivering high-quality marketing and student recruitment activities.
Requirements and Qualifications
This role requires a degree in marketing or a related field, along with experience in marketing and student recruitment. A demonstrated understanding of branding, market trends, and student needs is also necessary. Additionally, excellent communication and project management skills are essential for success in this position.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and analysing data to inform marketing decisions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, are highly valued in this role.
Furthermore, the successful candidate will be able to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely and possess a strong attention to detail.
