Strategic Program Controls Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a program controls team in a dynamic organization, overseeing multiple projects and programs that drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the project controls and portfolio controls teams by providing direction and ensuring deliverables are identified and closed out in a timely manner.
- Develop and analyze project, program, and portfolio performance reports and dashboards.
- Ensure major projects are controlled, supported, and reported on in a manner that meets time, cost, quality, risk, environmental, safety, and other specified standards.
- Mentor and develop project controls capability across the organization by developing and influencing key stakeholders' knowledge and providing guidance on best practice.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in program controls with extensive experience in review/auditing processes and improvement programs.
- Tertiary qualifications in engineering, management, or equivalent discipline.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in program controls within a project/infrasructure environment.
