Lead Customer Experience Manager

The role of the Lead Customer Experience Manager is to oversee the customer experience team and collaborate with sales and account management teams. The primary objective is to create innovative and efficient programs that enhance customer satisfaction and maximize event conversion, group travel opportunities, and venue finding.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the customer experience team by delegating tasks, providing coaching, fostering collaboration, and driving accountability to achieve business objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of the customer experience strategy.
  • Build relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Ensure successful delivery of RFPs and quotations, including research, accurate and compelling content.
  • Support in proposal build stages and budget creation.
  • Engage with suppliers, innovate, and negotiate.
Requirements:
  • Experience in the events industry or group travel industry in operations and account management.
  • A desire to take on a leadership role.
  • Sound knowledge of procurement, product, and market trends, as well as negotiation skills.
  • Technical proficiency with CRM and data analysis.
  • High proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
