About the Role

In this autonomous role, you will play a key part in enabling our sales teams to execute their roles, support their in-store strategies and provide the best possible shopping experience for our customers. You will also have the opportunity to understand our marketing fundamentals from the ground up.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain key customer relationships
  • Ordering, merchandising, and stock presentation (including manual handling)
  • Maintain in-store displays
  • Evaluate and ensure products are priced and ticketed correctly
  • Assist with major planogram initiatives

Requirements
  • Prior sales and merchandising experience in retail and hardware is desirable but not essential
  • You must be self-motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Hold a valid driver's license and have your own vehicle
  • Sound computer skills
  • Strong time management, prioritisation skills, and own initiative
Salary Range:

$65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience
