Financial Strategist

As a Financial Strategist, you will lead the financial performance of our business, optimize costs, and provide valuable insights that drive key business decisions.

This is an exciting opportunity to step into a high-impact role where you can drive financial strategy and partner with senior leadership. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure financial transparency, manage budgets, and enhance cost-effectiveness across core business operations.

• Prepare and present detailed financial reports, including variance analysis and performance metrics, to senior leadership.
• Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with I.T stakeholders to provide financial guidance on key initiatives, investment opportunities, and operational efficiencies.
• Drive cost control initiatives by monitoring expenses, identifying areas for savings, and implementing financial best practices.
• Manage, mentor, and develop direct reports, fostering a high-performance finance function.
• Lead initiatives to enhance financial processes, reporting tools, and internal controls.

• Candidates should be CA/CPA qualified with 6+ years' finance experience, including business partnering and financial analysis.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to liaise and build rapport with senior stakeholders and manage direct reports.
• Experience working with large, complex structures and proven ability to meet tight reporting deadlines.
• Exposure to partnering and collaborating with I.T function is highly desirable.
• Strategic thinkers with strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset are preferred.
• Advanced financial modelling and data analysis skills (ERP Systems, Business Intelligence Tools, Excel) are necessary.
