Position Overview: We are in search of a meticulous and dedicated Learning and Development Administrator with expertise in SAP finance to enhance our vibrant team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in assisting the Learning and Development Team by offering administrative support, coordinating educational programs, managing vendor partnerships, and ensuring the effective operation of our learning management system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive administrative and training support to the Learning and Development Team.
  • Design and implement learning initiatives at both enterprise and local business unit levels.
  • Effectively communicate available learning and development opportunities throughout the organization.
  • Maintain the L&D iConnect Intranet Pages to guarantee accessibility and relevance.
  • Oversee vendor contracts, including documentation tracking, relationship building, onboarding new vendors, and providing support to L&D Advisors as a subject matter expert.
  • Manage purchasing and invoice processing for all learning and development activities.
  • Coordinate projects and offer administrative assistance for program execution.
  • Administer the complete learning management system, particularly with SAP finance experience, utilizing Compass as the primary platform.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for Compass, offering guidance and support to users as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in administrative support roles, ideally within learning and development or HR.
  • Proficiency in SAP finance software is essential.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
  • Prior experience with learning management systems, especially Compass, is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and contracts efficiently.
