We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Self Employment Assistance Coach to join our team. As a Coach, you'll work closely with budding entrepreneurs to transform their business ideas into reality. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives and be part of a dynamic and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and develop participants to achieve successful small business outcomes.
  • Interview and assess business applications to identify potential.
  • Coordinate and conduct training in various Skills Sets and Certificate IV in Entrepreneurship and New Business with selected applicants.
  • Assist with the development of business plans and financial tables.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of small business operations, including cash flow and viability.
  • Ability to lead, mentor, coach, and educate participants in this program.
  • Experience in data analysis and business planning.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills for developing and maintaining client relationships.
  • Ability to work in an autonomous, dynamic, and flexible work environment with an emphasis on high-level customer service.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent) - desirable.
  • Certificate IV in Entrepreneurship and New Business BSB40320 - desirable.
