We are currently seeking a Poultry Processing Assistant to join our team for casual work in the afternoon shifts at a leading poultry products supplier facility.

The role involves hanging chickens onto an overhead conveyor line, observing product and machinery, monitoring an eviscerator machine, and stacking and washing crates and bins.

A basic knowledge of food manufacturing environments with HACCP or food handling certificates is advantageous but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hanging chickens onto overhead conveyor lines
  • Observing product and machinery during processing
  • Monitoring eviscerator machines
  • Stacking and washing crates and bins

Requirements include:

  • Physical fitness to perform tasks
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Happy to perform repetitive tasks
  • Lifting up to 20kg without assistance
