The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled L2 Service Desk & Onsite Engineer to join our busy Service Centre Team in Sydney. The successful candidate will be based in Alexandria and will work predominately on L2 helpdesk/phone-based tasks with occasional travel to customer sites in Metro and regional NSW.
The ideal candidate will have previous MSP experience and a strong ability to provide helpdesk support to ensure the smooth operation of IT services for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2 helpdesk support to customers via phone and email
- Perform onsite technical support at customer sites in Metro and regional NSW
- Collaborate with the Service Centre Team to resolve technical issues
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a MSP environment
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
