The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Level 2 Technical Support Specialist to join our Service Centre Team in Sydney. The successful candidate will provide helpdesk support to ensure the smooth operation of IT services for our customers, with occasional travel between customer sites as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 2 technical support to customers via phone and email.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to IT infrastructure, networking technologies, and operating systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking technologies, and operating systems.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience working in a Service Desk or Field Services role.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking technologies, and operating systems.
  • Experience with ticket management systems and Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and group policy.
  • Valid Driver's Licence and own transport.
  • IT degree or Diploma.
