We are seeking a compassionate and flexible individual to join our Southern Tasmanian Operations team as a Casual Support Professional. This is a SCHADS Award level 2 role, with competitive hourly rates.

Duties include direct care activities such as meal preparation, household shopping, ironing, basic garden maintenance, vacuuming, pruning, pet care, and other basic home maintenance using active support principles. Administrative duties involve timely and accurate completion of required tasks and associated documentation.

We provide effective behaviour support to individuals as established by Behaviour Support Practitioners. Staff will work to ensure participants receive the highest standard of care possible.

Qualifications and experience in relevant areas are highly desirable but not required. A current and unrestricted driver's licence is mandatory for this role. We welcome people with diverse life experiences and offer professional development opportunities.
