Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to oversee a portfolio of retail properties across NSW and the ACT.

You will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure service excellence, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate maintenance and capital works for a diverse site portfolio.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and operations centre.
  • Review service requests and work orders, ensuring resolution within set timeframes.
  • Oversee documentation and compliance using CMMS, SharePoint, and business systems.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and support teams.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years' experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage tasks across multiple properties.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with CMMS/ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
