Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be the key liaison ensuring residents receive high-quality housing management services. They will coordinate service delivery, monitor performance, and support governance and financial oversight and will act as the main point of contact for TMOs, supporting them in delivering resident-focused services.
They will monitor compliance with the Modular Management Agreement and ensure KPIs are met and coordinate TMO activities with council departments and external partners.
