Chief Data Strategist

At the forefront of data-driven decision making, this pivotal role involves designing and implementing robust protocols to ensure the integrity and protection of organisational data.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement data governance frameworks to guarantee data integrity and compliance.
- Utilise advanced analytics and predictive models to identify key risks, trends and performance opportunities.
- Drive seamless system integration across multiple platforms.
- Develop tailored data solutions that enhance strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
A strong foundation in artificial intelligence, machine learning and statistical modelling is essential for success in this position. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R and SQL, as well as experience with business intelligence tools like Power BI and Tableau, are also highly desirable. Additionally, a comprehensive understanding of health, safety, security and environmental (HSSE) frameworks, compliance and operational risk management is crucial.
Requirements:- Proven track record in data analysis and interpretation.
- Excellent technical skills in data visualisation and reporting.
- Strong understanding of HSSE frameworks, compliance and operational risk management.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
This full-time position requires 37.5 hours per week. The ideal candidate will possess Australian working rights and be adaptable in a dynamic environment.
