Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Planning and Analysis:
  • Develop and implement forward-thinking financial strategies that align with our company's goals.

  • Oversee the preparation of our 5-year plan, annual budgets, and quarterly forecasts.
  • Monitor performance and ensure our financial goals are met.
Financial Reporting and Analysis:

Financial Leadership and Change Management:

Qualifications and Experience:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  2. Commercially minded individual, CPA or CA qualification preferred.
  3. Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior finance role, with a strong focus on the manufacturing and distribution industries.
  4. Proven track record of driving growth and profitability.
  5. Deep understanding of global expansion strategies, including market entry, financial reporting requirements, and risk management in different regions.
  6. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data to inform strategic decision-making.
  7. Hands-on approach, not afraid to get their hands dirty.
  8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across different cultures.
  9. Experience with mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, both domestically and internationally, is a plus.
