Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team at West Recruitment Pty Ltd. This is a key leadership role that will provide in-depth analysis and commercial acumen to senior management while supporting key areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
Review and analyze financial results to provide insight into operational performance and trading conditions.
Produce the monthly management accounts for review at corporate level (P&L, Balance Sheet & Cashflow).
Take ownership of the Budgeting & Forecast process and critically analyze to recommend required changes.
Lead key department heads with any planning related activity at the business unit level.
Provide detailed analysis and commentary to senior management.

Requirements:
CA/CPA/CIMA qualifications are required.
Experience managing a Group FP&A team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
