As a Security Training Programme Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our frontline Customer Experience team is equipped to provide secure and safe environments for our customers, communities, and staff.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, overseeing, and delivering security training programs that build team capabilities in providing secure and safe environments.

About the Role:

  • Develop and Deliver Training Programs: Create engaging training sessions, both in-person and virtual, to educate and upskill centre teams.
  • Enhance Security Capabilities: Design training programs focused on critical incident response and other essential security skills to strengthen centre teams.
  • Provide Coaching and Support: Offer ongoing coaching to centre teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Partner with Security Experts: Collaborate with specialised security training providers to implement tailored programmes across the portfolio.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Track and assess the effectiveness of training programmes, ensuring they remain fit-for-purpose and enhance security capabilities.

  • A strong track record of delivering results in fast-paced, ever-changing environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong planning, presentation, and delivery capabilities, ensuring effective training sessions and presentations.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Skilled in understanding and responding to the needs of different audiences to enhance training effectiveness.

Salary: Estimated $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
