Recruitment Programme Manager

Public Sector People, a leading provider of talent acquisition solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Programme Manager to join their team on a short-term basis.
- Duration: Up to 2 months
- Location: North Sydney
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing effective recruitment programmes, attracting and marketing job opportunities, and supporting the Council with the design, development, and delivery of these initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent;
- Coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising, screening, and interviewing candidates;
- Providing training and support to hiring managers on best practices in recruitment and e-recruitment modules;
- Making recommendations and selecting suitable candidates for various roles within the Council;
- Offering expert advice to managers on recruitment processes, awards, and agency hires;
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, including drafting job advertisements and conducting interviews. A proven understanding of HR policies and practices, as well as experience working in high-volume cross-functional resourcing teams, is essential.
A competitive salary package is being offered for this role, estimated to be between $65,000 and $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
