Inbound Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Inbound Supervisor to join our Retail Ready Operations Australia (RROA) team at Erskine Park. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials into our facility.
As Inbound Supervisor, you will be responsible for monitoring and controlling all inbound activities, including the management of day-to-day supply chain operations, training, health and safety, product efficiency, people management, and continuous improvement.
This is an AM shift (4/5am - 2:30pm) across Tuesday - Saturday. You will also be responsible for:
- Ensuring correct pallet movements in and around the facility
- Implementing and complying with the Quality Management Systems through effective communication
- Collaborating with team members and team leaders to deliver KPIs, including OEE, DIFOT, LTI/MTI, and Quality
- Planning and coordinating the day-to-day work activities of the team under your supervision
- Loading, unloading, and operating low reach, high reach, and counterbalance forklifts
About You and Your Skills
We are looking for an experienced Supervisor with sound knowledge in team management and previous experience in a fresh product/low shelf-life processing facility. You will also have:
- Experience in despatch/receiving goods
- Proven experience in trouble shooting and fault finding in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- A low and high reach forklift license
- Demonstrated understanding of warehouse operations, materials handling equipment (MHE), and warehouse systems
