We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Team Leader to join our dynamic team at the Western Sydney Conference Centre, part of Pullman Sydney Penrith.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art 5-star hotel and conference centre, boasting 153 luxurious guest suites, multiple dining options, and cutting-edge event facilities.

  • Promote a culture of exceptional service, ensuring every guest has a memorable experience.
  • Develop and motivate your team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Work closely with the Food and Beverage Manager to achieve business objectives, drive revenue growth, and maintain high standards of quality.
Competitive Salary and Benefits Package

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as:

Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in food and beverage management or a similar field.
  • Five-star experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • A current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.
