Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated finance professional to join our team as a Graduate Finance Broker. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and experience in the financial services industry.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing expert advice on a range of financial products and services.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with warm leads from referral partners, focusing on the Mandarin-speaking community.
  • Conduct thorough financial assessments and develop effective loan proposals in both English and Mandarin.
  • Sources suitable loan options from various lenders, guiding clients through the application process and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese.
  • Proven experience as a finance broker within the financial services industry.
  • A strong understanding of various financial products and lending processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport quickly.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach with a strong work ethic and a focus on conversion.
