Financial Manager|Chinese State-Owned Enterprise (Sydney Branch)Location: Sydney CBD (Town Hall)Company Size: AUD 300 MReporting to: General Manager (Australia) / Finance Director (Head Office in China)Salary: From AUD 150 K per annum (base salary, excluding statutory superannuation)Highlights AUD 150 K+ competitive annual salary (plus superannuation)Prime Sydney CBD location (Town Hall)Senior role in a large Chinese state-owned enterprise Exposure to high-value real estate development projects Direct reporting to the General Manager and Head Office Bilingual (Mandarin & English) working environment About the Role We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager to lead the finance, budget, tax, and compliance functions of our Australian subsidiary.
This is a senior leadership role offering exposure to large-scale real estate projects and cross-border operations.
The position also includes oversight of HR management for the Australian office.
Key Responsibilities Oversee all finance operations including budgeting, forecasting, tax, and compliance for the Australian business.
Liaise with head office in China, ensuring timely submission of reports and financial statements.
Ensure compliance with Australian accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate governance requirements.
Support strategic decision-making with financial analysis and risk management.
