The role of the Assistant Director, Regional Operations is to oversee the successful delivery of regulatory workloads within a designated region.
About This Role:- This position involves coordinating and managing a small team to ensure the timely completion of regulatory tasks.
- As a key member of the leadership team, you will participate in planning, allocating, and managing regional workload delivery.
- You will provide guidance and support to team members on complex tasks and organizational goals.

- A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience is required for this role.
- Certificate IV in WHS, WHS Lead Auditor, Certificate IV in Government (Investigation), or similar qualifications are highly desirable.
Please note that this position requires the ability to obtain a Diploma of Government (Workplace Inspection) within 18 months of engagement.
