Job Overview

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of people with disabilities through provision of tailored support and accommodation.

  • Develop and implement personalized support plans to achieve customers' life goals.
  • Promote social interaction and community engagement through participation in recreational activities.
  • Provide assistance with daily living skills such as meal preparation, housekeeping, health and hygiene, medication administration, and attending appointments.
  • Ensure adherence to positive behaviour support plans.
  • Perform administrative duties and maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships.
  • A passion for providing person-centred support to help others live fulfilling lives.
  • Previous experience or willingness to train in manual handling and medication administration.
  • Availability to assist with personal care and domestic duties.
  • Proven administration and computer literacy skills.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • An NDIS worker screening check and national police clearance.
