**Job Overview:**

This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to active and existing clients regarding a variety of products and services. As a key function, the incumbent will take and action orders, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.

**Responsibilities Include:**

  • High volume inbound calls
  • Making outbound calls regarding orders
  • Processing orders
  • Tracking/Trace deliveries
  • Data entry
  • General administrative tasks

**Essential Skills and Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Minimum 4-5 years experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar office-based role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Own transport
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Full working rights within Australia (No Visas)
