Senior Roofing Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead roofing remediation projects and oversee the preparation of technical specifications, CAD drawings, and tendering documents.

  • Coordinate the collection of field data required for repair specifications and drawings.
  • Review shop drawings and assist with compiling report data to prepare specification documents and drawings.
  • Contract administration and preparing design briefs for client approval.

Key qualifications include:

  • A degree in Engineering or Architectural Technology program.
  • Minimum 4 years' roofing working experience, including specifying roofing systems and project management functions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to read architectural blueprints.
