Job Overview

As a Site Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the installation of hydro-turbines and related equipment at site. This position demands exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed technical installation sequences to minimize potential risks on schedule.
  • Prepare thorough measurement and inspection reports to ensure accurate data collection.
  • Coordinate inspections with site management team members to guarantee seamless collaboration.
  • Program laser trackers for precise and reliable data collection.
  • Conduct measurements according to Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) to guarantee quality control.
  • Analyze data obtained during measurements to identify deviations and provide actionable recommendations for corrective actions.
Requirements:
  • Hold a Diploma in Engineering Technology (Geomatic, Mechanical, Electrical) or possess equivalent industry experience.
  • Demonstrated previous experience operating laser tracker equipment in construction or similar industries.
  • Proficiency in reading technical drawings and specifications.
  • Keen attention to detail and commitment to delivering precise measurements.
  • Collaborative team player with a customer-oriented approach, accountable, and solution-driven.
  • Proactive mindset in anticipating challenges and delivering strategic problem-solving solutions.
  • Proficient in using measurement software and associated data analysis tools.
  • Fully computer literate with proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in English in an international team environment.
