Installation Team Leader

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Installation Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our site installation process, you will oversee the installation of hydro-turbines and related equipment at site.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead planning efforts to ensure timely completion of installations and minimize risks.
- Prepare and analyze measurement reports to inform installation decisions.
- Coordinate inspections with site management team members to guarantee quality control.
- Operate laser trackers to collect accurate data for future reference.
- Conduct measurements according to Inspection & Test Plans.
- Analyze collected data to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop recommendations for corrective actions to maintain high-quality standards.
Your Profile
- Diploma in Engineering Technology or equivalent industry experience.
- Proven experience operating laser tracker equipment in construction or similar industries.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Collaborative team player with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in using measurement software and data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for international team collaboration.
Requirements
- Pass a pre-employment medical, drug, and alcohol test and police check.
- Able to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and climbing.
- Availability for night shifts as required.
Working Conditions
- A standard roster of 14 days on-site and 7 days off.
- Accommodation is provided on-site.
