Family Law Position

We are seeking a 1st or 2nd year PQE Lawyer to join our Family Law Team in Campbelltown.

The successful applicant will have a keen interest in Family Law and aspire to a long-term career with opportunities for progression within our growing practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling Family Law files with minimal supervision;
  • Providing timely and practical legal advice to clients;
  • Liaising with clients, third parties and Counsel;
  • Conducting legal research;
  • Preparing financial disclosure, Court documents including initiating Applicants and Affidavits;
  • Attending Court and Conciliations; and
  • Attending and conducting client meetings.

Working alongside a well-established client base, the nature of work will be highly challenging and rewarding.
