Job Title: Enterprise Program Lead

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Enterprise Program Lead to manage the delivery of key initiatives within a large enterprise environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and effective stakeholder engagement.

About the Role:

  • Manage planning, delivery, and reporting for both projects
  • Coordinate across internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders
  • Track project milestones, risks, and budgets
  • Facilitate workshops, stand-ups, and steering committee updates
  • Ensure smooth system integrations and handover to BAU teams
  • Drive strong stakeholder engagement and change management

Requirements:

  • Proven experience delivering application and integration projects
  • Comfortable managing multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills
  • Strong understanding of project governance and reporting frameworks
  • Familiarity with platforms like OMNIA or risk/compliance tools (desired)
  • Experience implementing emergency or crisis management platforms (a plus)
  • Energy/utilities industry experience highly desirable

Qualifications & Certifications:

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications (preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and drive outcomes
