Senior Case Manager

This role involves proactively and effectively managing end-to-end workers compensation claims, including disability management aspects within the legislation or policy in a Self-Insured environment. You will act as a senior member of the team, including coaching and escalations responsibilities.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve the optimum outcome and minimize claim costs.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to progress strategies and actions.
- Assess liability and recovery aspects relevant to the legislation or policies while undertaking ongoing reviews in relation to entitlements and payments.
- Manage rehabilitation providers and approve rehabilitation plans/wellness plans in accordance with self-insurance guidelines.
- Conduct health promotion activities to enhance customers' wellbeing and empower them to participate in their own treatment and recovery.
