Job Title: Legal Administrator

About the Role:

The Legal Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the legal work and practice management of our organization.

  • Processing incoming and outgoing confidential legal correspondence and court documents via post, email, fax and webform submission.

This role requires an empathetic non-judgmental attitude towards people living with disadvantage and facing mental health challenges.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Telephone Advice Line, taking overflow calls when volunteers are unavailable.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience working in a legal practice or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent customer services skills including interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
