About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solutions Delivery Lead to join our team at ING Bank N.V. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the technical cloud solutions function, working cross-functionally with Cloud CoE, Platform tribe engineers, and business Tribes to ensure solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead Technical Cloud Solutions: Work with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy cloud solutions, ensuring high-quality, on-time, within scope, and budget delivery.
  2. Manage Change Portfolio: Lead the change portfolio from a technical standpoint, orchestrating the delivery of complex change to ensure strategic alignment and executional certainty.
  3. Deliver Key Programs: Deliver key programs in the public cloud space, working with IT Area Lead, Tribe Lead, Product Owners, Architects, Squad, and external vendors to deliver high-quality solutions.
  4. Participate in Scrum Events: Participate in standard scrum events for the squad, including stand-up, refinements, reviews, and retrospectives.
Requirements
  1. Public Cloud Architecture Expertise: In-depth knowledge of public cloud architecture, with at least 4 years of experience.
  2. Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with understanding of complex back-office processes.
  3. Effective Communication: Strong communication skills, enabling successful collaboration with various support functions, stakeholders, and international vendors.
  4. Agile Delivery Experience: Experience with working with Agile delivery, DevOps as a way of working.
  5. Complex Project Management: Demonstrated experience in working and managing timely delivery of complex projects with teams spread across geographical locations.
Desirable Skills
  1. Financial Services Experience: Experience working in Financial Services, preferably Retail Banking.
  2. Bank Applications Architecture: Good knowledge of bank applications architecture and integration.
