Our Customer Experience & Success (CE&S) organization is a key part of this mission, and we're looking for a talented Presales and Delivery Excellence Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) to join our team.
The Global Customer Success (GCS) organization is leading the effort to enable customer success on the Microsoft Cloud, and we're seeking a CSA who can help us drive resiliency and optimum performance of our customers' most important solutions. As a CSA, you'll guide customer journeys to the cloud, readying them to innovate with AI, and provide thought leadership by constructively challenging customer thinking.
We're looking for someone who can enable customers to achieve their business objectives by positioning innovative proactive services, applying knowledge of the customer's situation, and leveraging subject matter expertise, IP, industry/market insights, and a deep understanding of customer success. You'll ensure solution quality and reliability, and work closely with our sales and account teams to create proposals with scopes and costs.
Responsibilities- Guide customer journeys to the cloud and ready them to innovate with AI.
- Provide thought leadership by constructively challenging customer thinking.
- Position and ensure delivery of Well-Architected VBDs (Microsoft IP).
- Enable cloud adoption and consumption on SfMC accounts.
- Lead Delivery Health Reviews and support Internal Service Reviews.
- Stay updated with the SfMC offering evolution and articulate new strategies.
- Engage with local/global communities.
- Publish customer stories, contribute to team and Solution Area success.
- Share and leverage best practices across territories.
- Ensure up-to-date skills assessment and own development plan.
