Operations Manager

The Operations Manager plays a key role in ensuring the effective management of daily operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to improve production, quality, and labor utilization.
  • Leading teams to achieve high-quality standards, safety protocols, and productivity goals.
  • Collaborating with directors, managers, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and improvement initiatives.
  • Managing resources effectively to optimize asset utilization and minimize waste.
  • Recruiting, training, and supervising employees to foster a culture of employee engagement and continuous improvement.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in production or plant management in the blown film industry.
  • College education or equivalent experience.
  • Strong math and analytical/problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
