Service Delivery Expert

As a Service Delivery Expert, you will play a crucial part in providing technical support to our clients as part of our service delivery provision and/or project deployment activities. This role involves installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution, and maintenance of various technology systems. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries regarding product operation and malfunctions, providing advice on preventative maintenance and configuration adjustments to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Support desktop, infrastructure, and services across multiple technology streams, including hardware, operating systems, software, networks, servers, and print devices.
- Respond to, resolve incidents, and SRs within agreed SLAs, and follow Fujitsu's breach reporting process for any failed SLAs.
- Maintain and perform housekeeping tasks on customers' physical infrastructure, including desktop equipment, peripherals, telephony, print devices, and audio-visual conferencing equipment.
- Manage customer expectations by keeping them updated on the progress of their case and notifying them of any delays.
- All customer interactions and activities are logged and maintained in the correct client ITSM tool.
- Ensure that all timesheets and project efforts are accurately recorded and submitted on time as per company requirements.
We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in troubleshooting and maintaining PCs in a Windows environment. Your expertise in end-user technology support, Windows family of Operating Systems, XP, and Windows 7 (advantage) is essential. A customer-focused approach in dealing with clients is vital, as well as proven experience with desktop management tools, desktop, laptop, smart device, and printer troubleshooting, software conflicts, and performance issues, and basic knowledge of the ITIL framework.
