About the Role: As a Pre-Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the pre-delivery process, ensuring that vehicles are delivered to customers in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for managing the reconditioning process, ensuring that vehicles are restored to a high standard and meet our quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the pre-delivery process: Oversee the preparation of vehicles for delivery, ensuring that all necessary checks and inspections are completed.
- Manage the reconditioning process: Ensure that vehicles are restored to a high standard, meeting our quality control standards.
- Liaise with sales and service teams: Work closely with sales and service teams to ensure that vehicles are delivered to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Coordinate pre-delivery and accessories teams: Oversee the work of pre-delivery and accessories teams, ensuring that vehicles are prepared for delivery.
- Promote a safe work environment: Ensure that all staff are aware of and adhere to our health and safety policies.
- Coordinate stock control: Oversee the storage and management of parts and accessories.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong mechanical abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team. You will also need to have experience in a similar role and a trade qualification in automotive technology.
