Job Description

We are seeking a sales-focused and customer-orientated individual to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, promoting our products, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective selling skills and customer engagement
  • Build strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service, answering queries, and adapting to individual needs
  • Learn and confidently share product knowledge to drive sales and provide an unforgettable customer experience
  • Assist with product deliveries, unloading, and storing merchandise in-store
  • Maintain high shop floor standards, merchandising the store, and ensuring a welcoming environment for customers
  • Operate the till system, handle financial transactions, including returns and exchanges
