Procurement Lead

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Lead to oversee our global procurement efforts.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full procurement cycle, from sourcing and negotiating with local and overseas suppliers to ensuring timely and cost-effective stock availability across our operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and manage overseas suppliers for raw inputs and packaging
  • Negotiate pricing, MOQs, terms, and lead times to meet cost and inventory targets
  • Oversee shipping schedules, freight documentation, customs processes
  • Monitor and manage landed costs and supply chain risks (delays, FX volatility, etc.)
  • Maintain accurate purchasing records and supplier data in our ERP system
  • Collaborate with warehouse, production, sales, and finance teams to ensure stock availability
  • Drive continuous improvement in purchasing processes and supplier performance
  • Update and improve forecasting measures

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years' experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management
  • Proven track record of managing overseas suppliers and international freight and customs
  • Strong understanding of landed cost calculations and global trade terms
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills
  • High attention to detail with strong commercial acumen
  • Proficiency with online ERP or inventory systems
  • A passion for ethical and sustainable sourcing alignment with our values
  • Preferred but not essential, experience managing Organic Certification purchasing requirements
