Job Title: Senior Business Credit Manager

The ideal candidate will possess a strong commercial credit background, with previous experience in Accounts Receivable and Credit Management.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client accounts to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Lead and mentor a team of credit professionals to achieve optimal performance and growth.
  • Provide strategic management and operational direction to the credit team, ensuring accuracy and compliance in reconciliations and reporting.
  • Oversee the credit assessment process, including approval of limits and discussions with external parties regarding debt escalation and referrals.
  • Collections: Discuss escalation of debt and referral with external parties.
  • Qualifications:
  • A strong commercial credit background with previous experience as an Accounts Receivable/Credit Manager.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and proficiency in Excel and other computer skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with staff, internal divisions, and external customers.
  • AICM Membership is preferred.
