Job Opportunity: OSHC Program Leader

Embark on a fulfilling career as an OSHC Program Leader where you will guide a team of passionate educators in delivering engaging before- and after-school programs for children aged 5-12 years.

As a leader, you will create and implement dynamic, child-centered programs that foster creativity, imagination, and a love for learning. You will work collaboratively with the school community to ensure a safe and nurturing environment for all children.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be able to communicate effectively with children, families, and staff, and have a strong commitment to ensuring the highest standards of childcare and education.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead child-centered programs that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development in children
  • Collaborate with the school community to ensure seamless program delivery and communication
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of educators to deliver high-quality programs
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making adjustments as needed
Requirements:
  • Enjoys working with children and making a positive impact
  • Communicates clearly and confidently
  • Works well in a team and aspires to grow into a leadership role
  • Holds (or is willing to obtain) a National Police Check and a Working with Children check
  • Has Australian work rights
  • Obtained or studying towards a relevant qualification to work with kids in OSHC per ACECQA
