Education Specialist Role

The role involves developing, implementing and evaluating educational activities to meet staff learning needs.

  • Developing contemporary education programs and resources to enhance staff capacity.
  • Building interprofessional workforce capability through evidence-based education and learning activities.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to create tailored learning plans for staff requiring additional support.

About You:

  • Registration as a Registered Nurse and/or Registered Midwife is mandatory.
  • Postgraduate qualification in teaching or education is desirable.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is required.
  • Minimum of three (3) years' experience in the relevant specialty.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing, implementing and evaluating clinical education.
