Community of Practice Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team and support continuous improvement across our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) services.

  • Support educational programs with tailored training for educators.
  • Develop educational procedures and documentation.
  • Mentor educators in delivering engaging and inclusive programs.
  • Support community engagement and build local partnerships.
  • Design and implement wellbeing initiatives for children, families, and staff.
  • Facilitate reflective practice sessions for Quality Improvement Plans (QIPs).
  • Implement the National Quality Framework (NQF) and My Time, Our Place learning framework.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A tertiary qualification in Community Services, Education, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading inclusion and diversity initiatives within childcare or children's services.
  • Strong understanding of applicable legislation, Education Regulations, and the National Quality Framework.
  • Proven leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with children with disabilities and/or high needs.
