As an Account Growth Specialist, your primary objectives include:

  1. Developing a deep understanding of Eftsure's ideal customer base and effectively showcasing our unique value proposition.
  2. Cold calling leads - CFOs, Controllers, Finance Managers.
  3. Taking cold leads, warming them up, and converting them into qualified opportunities for the Business Development Managers you'll be partnered with.
  4. Drafting personalized emails that engage leads by highlighting the problems Eftsure solves and the value it offers.
  5. Utilizing creative license and resourcefulness in managing time and resources wisely.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven Experience: You have hands-on experience in a Business Development Representative or Sales Development Representative role, excelling at engaging leads over the phone. Experience at a growth-stage B2B SaaS company and familiarity with selling to finance leaders or working in financial/payments control environments is a significant advantage.
