About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support our HR team in delivering exceptional services to our employees and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating the end-to-end candidate recruitment and onboarding process, including coordinating medicals, police checks, and licenses and ticket verifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including reporting, maintaining spreadsheets, and records management;
  • Assist with HR projects, including recruitment, performance management, and remuneration;
  • Build relationships with project teams, employees, and candidates to achieve HR team goals and objectives;
  • Travel to remote projects as required.

Requirements

  • Tertiary HR qualification (or equivalent);
  • Experience in a similar role (highly desirable);
  • Ability to competently use Microsoft Office;
  • Experience with a HRIS system or similar program (highly regarded).
