About the Role

We are seeking a diligent Maintenance Administrator to join our team on a full-time, ongoing basis. As a key member of our maintenance team, your primary focus will be to provide comprehensive administration support to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with clients and the maintenance team to schedule inspections efficiently;
  • Maintain and update a register of maintenance and service warranty jobs accurately;
  • Produce and distribute weekly reports effectively;
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding warranty items professionally;
  • Allocate jobs to supervisors as needed;
  • Provide general administrative support to the maintenance team and manager as required.

The Ideal Candidate

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Knowledge and/or exposure to the residential building industry or similar;
  • Intermediate administration skills and computer literacy, including experience with the Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • A commitment to delivering excellent customer service;
  • The ability to negotiate with stakeholders to meet mutually agreeable outcomes.
